2. What we do

HolaParcel operates a platform that connects you with independent local shops acting as collection points, and sends the SMS and email alerts that go with that. The parcels themselves are received, held and handed over by the collection point.

HolaParcel is an intermediary. We are not a courier or transport company, we do not deliver parcels, and we do not take custody of them. A parcel is the courier's responsibility until it is handed to the collection point, and the collection point's while it is on its shelf.

3. Terms of use

Access to this website is free and implies acceptance of this notice. You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that could damage the site, its systems or third parties.

4. Intellectual property

The site's contents (text, design, code, trade marks and logos) belong to the owner or to third parties who have licensed their use. Reproduction, distribution or adaptation without written permission is not allowed, beyond the uses the law permits.

5. Liability
